ELIZABETH SHARP

Originally from St. Louis, MO, Elizabeth Sharp graduated with a magazine publishing degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism in 2006. After graduation, she worked as a journalist for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette in Little Rock, AR, where she helped launch the alternative weekly Sync and the lifestyle magazine Arkansas Life before settling her focus on community news. In August 2009, she abandoned the mid-South for New York City, where she dabbled in technology sales before returning to her first loves, media and music (Elizabeth has played the cello since she was nine), joining the 21C Media Group team in January 2010.
